Booking and Contract Formation
A binding agreement forms when Purificationherb confirms your booking in writing, typically by email, and you accept the scheduled date and package terms. Inquiries through the website do not alone constitute a confirmed booking until we acknowledge availability.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, access instructions, and disclosure of hazards such as narrow stairs, pets, or confidential areas that should not be photographed.
Client Cooperation
Successful delivery of consultation products requires reasonable cooperation, including:

Disclaimer of Professional Reliance
Our consultations address spatial organization and workflow clarity. They do not constitute legal, financial, architectural engineering, or IT security advice. Implementation of structural changes, electrical work, or software procurement remains your responsibility with appropriate specialists.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Norwegian law, Purificationherb is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from website use or consultations. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a confirmed booking is limited to the amount you paid for that specific consultation product, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
