This Return Policy explains cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules for workspace organization consultation products sold by Purificationherb through purificationherb.ddd. Because our products are primarily time-based professional services, traditional physical returns do not apply. Instead, this policy focuses on service cancellations and remedy options.

Products Covered

This policy applies to:

• Desk Zone Audit (890 NOK)
• Full Room Blueprint (2 490 NOK)
• Hybrid Workflow Setup (1 690 NOK)
• Optional add-on guided sorting sessions quoted separately

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

If you are a consumer under Norwegian law, you may have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, where you expressly request that Purificationherb begin the consultation service during the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you cancel before performance begins, we will refund prepaid amounts within fourteen days using the original payment method where possible.

Cancellation by Client Before Session

You may cancel or reschedule subject to the following notice periods:

• More than seventy-two hours before the confirmed start: full refund of prepaid fees or free reschedule to the next available slot within ninety days
• Between twenty-four and seventy-two hours before start: fifty percent credit toward a future consultation product or reschedule within sixty days
• Less than twenty-four hours before start or no-show: no refund; a new booking requires full payment unless we determine exceptional circumstances such as documented emergencies

Cancellation by Purificationherb

We may cancel or postpone sessions due to illness, severe weather, or safety concerns at your premises. In such cases you may choose a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional charge. We will notify you as soon as practicable.

Dissatisfaction With Deliverables

If written deliverables such as zone maps or workflow guides materially fail to match the agreed scope in your confirmation email, notify us within fourteen days of delivery. We will offer reasonable corrections at no extra charge. If we cannot remedy the issue, you may receive a partial refund proportional to the deficient portion of the product.

Subjective dissatisfaction with stylistic choices that follow agreed briefs does not qualify for refunds if core scope items were delivered.

Package-Specific Notes

Desk Zone Audit: If on-site access is impossible because of client unavailability, the session may be converted to a remote video walkthrough once. Further delays follow the cancellation tiers above.

Full Room Blueprint: Includes a thirty-day check-in call. Missing the call without notice does not entitle you to a cash refund; you may request one reschedule within thirty days of the original call date.

Hybrid Workflow Setup: Requires your participation to list digital tools in use. Failure to provide this information within ten days may result in closure of the project with a fifty percent completion fee retained to cover preparation already performed.

Add-On Sessions

Guided sorting add-ons follow the same notice periods as the primary product to which they attach. Unused hours from prepaid bundles expire twelve months after purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. If original payment is impossible, we may offer bank transfer within Norway after identity verification.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating chargebacks so we can resolve issues promptly. Unfounded chargebacks for delivered consultation products may lead to refusal of future bookings.

Business Clients

Business customers may have separate written agreements. Where no separate agreement exists, these terms apply. Purchase orders stating different cancellation rules must be signed by Purificationherb to take precedence.
